Why does this exist?

There is no reason why anyone should care who I am or what I say, frankly this is more about me dealing with the stresses and head mashing of being an Evertonian. Sometimes it just helps to get it out of your head and onto the page.

But I suppose it would also help to know why I feel the way I do about this club, our club.

My grandfather was an Evertonian, My father was, I am and my sister and daughter are. We were all born into being Evertonians. As we like to say amongst us "Evertonians are born not manufactured".

Ive been a season ticket holder at Goodison since I was 8 years old and my daughter has, in turn, been a season ticket holder since she was 8 years old.

I have now been going to Goodison for 40 years and both my parents and grandparents are buried in the cemetery across the road from the ground.

This club means a massive amount to me, my family and our traditions.

I want to again be proud of my club and what my club does, both in football and in the communities around the city that it so superbly supports.

The views on this site aren't any more valid than anyone else's, its just one of the ways I choose to cope with the situation we find ourselves in.
